This Service Delivery Policy explains how AJ Technologies, a sole proprietorship owned by AJ Brightwin in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu, India, delivers its services. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
All our services are digital. We do not ship physical products, so there are no shipping or courier charges. Payments are made to us in person. This website does not take online payments.

03How your project is delivered
- Enquiry & free quote
Tell us what you need through the quote form, WhatsApp, a phone call or email. We understand your requirements and share a free quote.
- Confirmation & advance
Once you accept the quote, a 50% advance is paid in person and your project begins.
- Content & requirements
You share your logo, text, photos and any other material we need.
- Design
We design your project and share it with you. Design includes 2 rounds of revisions.
- Development
We build your website, app or campaign based on the approved design.
- Review & testing
You review a working preview, and we test it on mobiles, tablets and computers.
- Final payment
The remaining 50% is paid before launch or handover.
- Launch & handover
We publish your project and hand over your logins and files.
04How the work reaches you
- Websites and web apps are published on your domain and hosting.
- Mobile apps are published to Google Play and the Apple App Store under your developer accounts. The time taken by Google and Apple to review and approve an app is controlled by them.
- Digital marketing is run on your own business profiles and advertising accounts, and we share progress with you.
- Files, logins and documents are shared by email, WhatsApp or a secure online folder.
- Source code is handed over on request after the final payment.
05Your approval
You see and approve your project before it goes live. We share a preview at the design stage and again before launch. Your approval by WhatsApp or email confirms that the work is ready to launch or hand over.
06Accounts and third-party costs
- Third-party costs are paid by the client. These include domain names, hosting, Google Play and Apple App Store developer fees, paid plugins and advertising budgets.
- We help you set up these accounts and guide you through each step.
- Once full payment is made, you own your website, app and content.
07What keeps your project on track
Projects move fastest when we receive your content, feedback and payments on time. Delays at any of these steps, or in reviews by third parties such as app stores, will delay delivery. We will keep you updated on progress by WhatsApp or phone.
08After launch
- Maintenance & AMC plans are available to keep your website or app updated, backed up and secure, and to make content changes for you.
- Monthly plans can be cancelled with 15 days’ notice, with no refund for the current month.
- New features or changes after handover are quoted separately.
