01About these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of this website and to all services provided by AJ Technologies, a sole proprietorship owned by AJ Brightwin, based in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu, India (“AJ Technologies”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By using this website or accepting a quote from us, you (“you” or the “client”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

02Using this website

• The information on this website is for general information about our services. We work to keep it accurate, but it may change without notice.
• Projects marked “Sample” in our Portfolio are examples of the kind of work we do.
• You must not misuse this website, including sending spam or false enquiries, trying to break into or disrupt it, or copying its content or design without our permission.
• The text, design, graphics and logo of this website belong to AJ Technologies.

03Quotes and project agreement

• Every quote is free and comes with no obligation.
• The quote (shared by WhatsApp, email or in person) sets out the work we will do and the price. Your written acceptance, together with the advance payment, confirms the project.
• Work outside the agreed scope, such as new pages, features or a change of direction, is quoted separately before we start it.
• Messages by WhatsApp or email count as written confirmation between us.

04Payments

• No online payments on this website. All payments are made directly to AJ Technologies in person. We will never ask for card or bank details through this website.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). AJ Technologies is not registered under GST, so no GST is charged.
• Third-party costs are paid by the client. These include domain names, hosting, paid themes or plugins, Google Play and Apple App Store developer fees, and advertising budgets for marketing campaigns.
• We may pause work, or hold back launch and handover, until a payment that is due has been made.

05Revisions

Each project includes 2 rounds of revisions on the design. Please collect all your feedback for each round and share it together. Any further changes, or changes requested after the design is approved, are quoted separately.

06Your responsibilities

To deliver your project well, we rely on you to:

• share accurate information about your business and what you need;
• provide your content (such as text, logo, photos and product details) and feedback on time;
• make sure you have the right to use everything you give us, such as images, text, logos and brand names; and
• keep the login details we hand over to you safe.

Delays in receiving content, feedback or payments will delay your project.

07Ownership of your work

• Once full payment is made, you own the website, app and content we create for you.
• The source code is handed over on request after the final payment.
• Until full payment is made, ownership of the work stays with AJ Technologies.
• Third-party and open-source tools, fonts, plugins and images used in your project remain under their own licences.
• We keep the right to reuse our general skills, methods and non-client-specific code in other projects.

08Showing your project in our portfolio

We may show your finished project, including screenshots, a short description and a link, in our Portfolio and on our social media, unless you ask us not to in writing.

09Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel a project at any time by telling us in writing (WhatsApp or email).

10Monthly plans

Monthly services, such as digital marketing plans and maintenance & AMC plans, continue until cancelled.

• You can cancel a monthly plan by giving us 15 days’ notice in writing (WhatsApp or email).
• There is no refund for the current month once it has started.

11Third-party services

Your project may depend on services run by other companies, such as hosting providers, domain registrars, Google, Meta, WhatsApp, Google Play and the Apple App Store. Their own terms apply, and they are responsible for their services. We are not responsible for their downtime, price changes, policy decisions or app store review results, but we will always help you work through them.

12Results and our responsibility

• We deliver every project with care and skill. However, we cannot guarantee specific business results, such as Google rankings, website traffic, leads or sales, because these depend on many factors outside our control.
• To the extent allowed by law, our total responsibility for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project or service.
• We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost business opportunities.

13Your content

You are responsible for the content you give us. If someone makes a claim because content you provided breaks their rights, such as copyright or trademark, you agree to cover the costs and losses that result.

14Confidentiality

We keep your business information, ideas and login details confidential, and use them only to deliver your project. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

15Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If a disagreement comes up, we will first try to resolve it by talking with you. Any dispute that cannot be resolved this way is subject to the courts at Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu.

16Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. The Terms in force when you accepted your quote apply to that project.
